Crew Supporter Terms

By joining someone’s Crew on Nudge me Ready, you agree to show up as a supportive crew member. These terms set out what that means.
1. Be supportive
You will encourage and help the person you support with patience and respect. You will not use your role to control, shame, or pressure them.
2. Respect privacy
You will only view or share information you are given permission to see. You will not pass on personal details, health notes, location, or other private information without their clear consent (or the consent of their Crew Captain where appropriate).
3. Stay within your role
You will use only the access and permissions they (or their Crew Captain) have granted. You will not try to override their choices or take actions outside what you have been invited to do.
4. Keep trust
Being in a Crew is based on trust. If you can no longer support them helpfully, step back or ask to leave rather than stay in a role you cannot honour.
5. Not an emergency service
Nudge me Ready is for everyday support and reassurance, not emergencies. If someone is at immediate risk, contact emergency services.
6. Honest acceptance
You confirm you are joining willingly to support this person, and that the name you use is how they should know you in their Crew.
Acceptance
Accepting a Crew invite in the app records that you agreed to these terms on your device. You also remain bound by the app Terms of Use (no liability for missed items, deleted data, downtime, or outcomes). You can leave a Crew later. Uninstalling the app removes local data on your phone.
